USING THINKDEEPWIDE

Terms of Service

The product’s scope, your account responsibilities, and how subscriptions work.

Effective September 14, 2026

1. What these terms cover

ThinkDeepWide is operated by PENGQIAN LU in Sydney, Australia. Contact us at support@thinkdeepwide.com. These terms apply to the website, desktop application, and account and authorization services. Please read them before using the relevant service. If acting for an organization, you must have the necessary authority.

Public downloads and paid purchasing are not open yet. The website walkthrough uses fixed examples, not a live AI service, and does not create an account or subscription. Versions provided to testers may contain unfinished features.

2. The product and third-party services

ThinkDeepWide provides desktop workflows for conversation trees, parallel replies, node organization, and export. Desktop clients support macOS and Windows, with connections to Linux hosts over SSH.

You must provide your own valid Codex / Grok account or model-service access and comply with its terms. A ThinkDeepWide subscription does not include third-party model plans or API fees. ThinkDeepWide is an independent product and does not represent those providers.

Third-party models, interfaces, networks, and your configured remote hosts can change or become unavailable. We do not promise permanent availability of a particular model, upstream feature, or third-party compatibility. This does not limit our legal responsibilities or your consumer rights.

3. Accounts and trials

Use an email address you are authorized to access. Protect login codes, sessions, and devices, and do not share or resell account access. Each product account supports up to 2 bound devices.

Each computer can claim one continuous 7-day (168-hour) trial, starting at its first successful online claim. No card is required and no automatic charge follows the trial. Reinstalling, signing out, unbinding, or changing accounts does not reset that computer’s trial.

Trials and subscriptions require periodic online authorization. After sign-out or unbinding, previously issued short offline authorizations may remain valid for their remaining duration, at most 4 hours. Unbinding does not erase local files or restart a trial.

4. Prices and subscriptions

Published monthly and annual amounts and early-bird conditions are on the Pricing page. Annual billing charges a full year at once. Early-bird eligibility retains a discount percentage during an uninterrupted subscription, not a fixed amount or permanently locked price. Subscribing again after cancellation and expiry uses the offers available then.

This website currently accepts no payments. Before purchasing opens, we will disclose the total payable, taxes, billing cycle, whether renewal is automatic, cancellation instructions, and the scope of updates and support. We plan to use Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record for checkout, with transactions also subject to the terms it provides at checkout.

Price changes are not retroactive to an already-paid period; new renewal amounts will be communicated in advance. See the Refund Policy for the difference between refunds and cancellation. Payment-failure grace periods and billing-cycle switching rules will be published before sales open.

5. Your content and responsibilities

You retain rights to your content and must be entitled to use or submit it to your chosen services. Follow applicable laws, respect others’ rights, and do not attack the service, abuse trials, or bypass account authorization.

Models can produce incorrect or incomplete results. Tools can modify files, execute commands, or access networks. Review outputs, permissions, and confirmation prompts according to the action’s impact, and back up important files. Cross-node summaries and cache displays do not guarantee accurate model output or a particular percentage of cost savings.

6. Changes and access restrictions

We may update, interrupt, or restrict services for maintenance, security, legal requirements, or abuse prevention. We will explain the reason, impact, and recovery steps as appropriate; urgent security or legal issues may require immediate action. Contact support@thinkdeepwide.com to question a restriction.

Ongoing use also depends on the account authorization service. Extended offline use or its shutdown may prevent authorization renewal. For material reductions or discontinuation of paid services, we will handle notice and appropriate remedies in accordance with applicable law, without using these terms to exclude our obligations.

7. Consumer rights and disputes

These terms do not exclude, restrict, or modify any non-excludable guarantees, refunds, remedies, or other consumer rights under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law where applicable. Remedies for faulty products or services not supplied as promised are not limited to the change-of-mind refund window.

Contact support@thinkdeepwide.com with the relevant account, order if any, and issue so we can investigate and respond. You may also seek remedies from regulators or courts with jurisdiction. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waiver of statutory remedies.

8. Updates to these terms

We will publish updated terms and their effective date here. Material changes to prices, purchased services, or other significant rights will be communicated appropriately in advance; they do not retrospectively remove statutory rights you have acquired. See our Privacy Policy for personal information practices.
